There’s no doubt that healthcare reform is an absolute must and long overdue. Many are uninsured and even those of us with insurance and underinsured with high deductible plans, co-insurances etc. It’s a broken system designed by health insurance companies like United Healthcare to maximize their profits. ⁣ ⁣ Health insurance companies don’t deserve a seat at the negotiating table as their motives are generally sinister with no actual interest in optimizing healthcare! That’s the precise reason the United States is the unhealthiest of all wealthy nations, despite paying the most for our healthcare.⁣ It’s up to patients and their doctors to speak up and demand change from our legislators, many of whom are shamefully on the insurers’ payroll through lobbying and campaign donations!⁣
