My wonderful patient with the “endless lipoma” I excised a couple of weeks ago had a little hemorrhagic seroma develop at the surgical site (not surprising at all, given the size of the lipoma I removed), which we noticed while removing her sutures. We evacuated the fluid and she’s doing great!
